Comic #116 - Prevention

During a conversation with an attendee of my old college, I learned that the store over the road has installed a device to emit a frequency designed to stop all the hoards of students from hanging around outside. Not only is this slightly mental, it is also extremely funny. And as it is relevant, it naturally had to become a comic.

I have no excuse for the gap in comics, except to say that unfortunately my lifestyle at the moment doesn't lend itself to 100% devotion to BP. Suffice to say, something else came up and BP had to wait. I'm reworking my scheduling so that this sort of thing won't happen in future, or if it does then there's adequate filler-age to post instead.
